The Road to Roulette – Promotional Terms and Conditions

The Road to Roulette – Promotional Terms and Conditions

Promotion and eligibility

  1. The Road to Roulette (the Promotion) is offered by Les Ambassadeurs Club Limited (LAC) in conjunction with Les Ambassadeurs Online Limited (LAO).
  2. The Promotion is open only to individuals aged 18 years or over who are fully registered permanent members of LAC and whose membership remains in good standing throughout the Promotion.
  3. Participation is by invitation only and is limited to the individual to whom the Promotion has been offered. The offer, any qualifying place and any prize are personal to that individual and cannot be transferred.
  4. For these Terms, a member is in good standing where they hold valid permanent membership of LAC and their membership has not been suspended. Access to the Promotion is also conditional upon the successful completion of the member’s LAC registration, the continued active status of their membership and the timely provision of any information LAC may reasonably request to ensure that the information it holds is accurate and up to date. This may include valid identification documents, proof of address and source of funds or wealth information, where applicable. Failure to provide requested information may result in the temporary suspension or withdrawal of eligibility for the Promotion.
  5. Employees, officers and directors of LAC, LAO, their promotional or other agencies, licensees, licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The same restriction applies to the immediate family members of those persons.
  6. Participation in the Promotion is entirely optional and entry is free. No cash stake is required to participate in either the slots qualification stage or the roulette tournament. Physical presence at LAC is required and remote participation is not permitted.
  7. By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Promotion timetable

  1. The Promotion will begin at 12:00 BST on 30 September 2026 and will conclude following the roulette tournament commencing at 21:30 BST on 7 October 2026.
  2. The Promotion consists of:
    • seven daily slots qualifying sessions;
    • a final slots leaderboard on 7 October 2026; and
    • a roulette tournament involving up to 12 qualifying participants.

Daily slots qualification

  1. The slots qualification stage will be played on Dolphins Pearl using the allocated tournament machines at LAC.
  2. Seven daily qualifying sessions will take place during the following periods:
    • 12:00 BST on 30 September 2026 until 06:00 BST on 1 October 2026;
    • 12:00 BST on 1 October 2026 until 06:00 BST on 2 October 2026;
    • 12:00 BST on 2 October 2026 until 06:00 BST on 3 October 2026;
    • 12:00 BST on 3 October 2026 until 06:00 BST on 4 October 2026;
    • 12:00 BST on 4 October 2026 until 06:00 BST on 5 October 2026;
    • 12:00 BST on 5 October 2026 until 06:00 BST on 6 October 2026; and
    • 12:00 BST on 6 October 2026 until 06:00 BST on 7 October 2026.
  3. Each participant may complete one tournament session during each daily qualifying period.
  4. At the start of each tournament session, the participant will receive 10,000 promotional points. Each spin will cost 300 promotional points.
  5. A five-second countdown will be displayed before the tournament session begins. This will be followed by a two-minute tournament period.
  6. A participant’s session will end when the two-minute tournament period expires, their promotional-point balance reaches zero or their balance is insufficient to place another 300-point spin, whichever occurs first. No further spins may be played once the session has ended.
  7. When the session ends, the participant’s remaining promotional-point balance will constitute their final score and will be recorded on the leaderboard for that daily qualifying period.
  8. The qualifying participant will be notified, solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, within 24 hours after the relevant leaderboard closes, using the contact details registered. The participant qualifying from the leaderboard closing at 06:00 BST on 7 October 2026 will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 14:00 BST that day.
  9. A participant may qualify for the roulette tournament only once. Where a participant who has already qualified records the highest score during a subsequent daily qualifying period, entry will pass to the highest-ranked eligible participant on that leaderboard who has not already qualified.

Final slots leaderboard

  1. A final slots leaderboard will operate from 12:00 BST until 21:00 BST on 7 October 2026.
  2. Each participant may complete one tournament session during the final slots leaderboard period. The session will be played in accordance with Rules 13 to 16.
  3. The five highest-ranked eligible participants on the final slots leaderboard who have not already qualified will secure entry into the roulette tournament. They will be notified in person at LAC as soon as reasonably practicable after the leaderboard closes at 21:00 BST.

Slots tie-breaks and replacement qualifiers

  1. Where two or more participants record the same score and the tie affects qualification for the roulette tournament, the tied participants must complete a further two-minute tournament session using the same playing conditions. Further tie-break sessions will be played until the qualifying position has been determined.
  2. A participant required to complete a tie-break session must do so at the time reasonably specified by LAC. A participant who fails to attend or complete the tie-break session will forfeit their opportunity to qualify.
  3. Where a qualifying participant is disqualified, withdraws or is unable to participate in the roulette tournament, LAC may offer the vacant place to the next highest-ranked eligible participant from the applicable qualifying leaderboard who has not already qualified.
  4. LAC may invite one or more eligible participants ranked immediately below a qualifying position to register as reserves between 21:00 and 21:30 BST on 7 October 2026. Registration as a reserve does not guarantee entry. At 21:30, any vacant place may be awarded to the highest-ranked registered reserve from the leaderboard on which the vacancy arose.
  5. A participant has no entitlement to a replacement place unless LAC confirms that the place has been awarded to them.

Roulette tournament registration

  1. All qualifying participants must register for the roulette tournament at LAC between 21:00 BST and 21:30 BST on 7 October 2026.
  2. A qualifying participant who has not registered by 21:30 BST will be disqualified from the roulette tournament, subject to the replacement process in Rules 24 to 26.
  3. The roulette tournament will begin at 21:30 BST on 7 October 2026.

Roulette tournament structure

  1. The roulette tournament consists of three rounds: an opening round, a second round and a final.
  2. In each round, every participant may play a maximum of five spins.
  3. A participant’s round will end when they have completed five spins or their Tournament Chip balance reaches zero, whichever occurs first. Once a participant has completed five spins, no further bets may be placed during that round.
  4. At the start of each round, every participant will receive £10,000 in Tournament Chips. The minimum total bet on each spin is £1,000. Where a participant’s remaining balance is less than £1,000, they must bet their entire remaining balance. A participant may not bet more than their available Tournament Chip balance.
  5. The opening round will consist of up to 12 participants. Where 12 participants are available, they will be randomly drawn into six head-to-head battles. Where between six and 11 participants are available after the replacement process, the number of participants necessary to ensure that six participants progress to the second round will be randomly selected to receive a bye, and the remaining participants will be randomly drawn into head-to-head battles. Participants competing against each other will play using the same roulette spin outcomes. Each battle winner, together with any participant receiving a bye, will proceed to the second round.
  6. The six participants progressing to the second round will be randomly drawn into three head-to-head battles. The two participants in each battle will play using the same roulette spin outcomes. The winner of each battle will proceed to the final.
  7. The final will be contested by the three remaining participants, who will play using the same roulette spin outcomes. Their finishing balances will determine first, second and third place, subject to the tie-break provisions below.
  8. Tournament Chip balances will be reset at the end of each round. Each participant progressing to the next round will begin that round with a new balance of £10,000 in Tournament Chips.
  9. Outside bets and spread bets are not permitted at any stage of the roulette tournament.
  10. All call bets must be declared and accepted before the relevant spin begins.
  11. The winner of each head-to-head battle will be the participant with the higher Tournament Chip balance after the applicable spins have been completed. Where one participant’s balance reaches zero before their opponent’s balance, the participant with the remaining balance will win the battle, subject to Rule 42.
  12. In the final, participants will be ranked according to their Tournament Chip balances after the applicable spins have been completed. The participant with the highest balance will be placed first, the participant with the second-highest balance will be placed second and the participant with the third-highest balance will be placed third. The final results will be announced to the participants following completion of the roulette tournament.
  13. Where more than one participant finishes a round with a balance of zero, the participant whose balance reached zero first will be ranked lower. Where their balances reach zero on the same spin, Rule 43 will apply.
  14. Where participants remain tied and the tie prevents the determination of a qualifying participant, a battle winner or a finishing position, the participant who achieved the highest single-spin payout during that round, excluding the participant’s original stake, will be ranked higher. For this purpose, the single-spin payout means the total number of Tournament Chips won by the participant from a single spin, excluding the return of the participant’s original stake.
  15. Where two participants remain tied after Rule 43 has been applied, one participant will be randomly assigned Red and the other will be randomly assigned Black. The roulette wheel will be spun and the participant assigned the colour of the winning number will be ranked higher. If Zero is spun, the result will be disregarded and the wheel will be spun again using the same colour assignments until the tie is resolved. No bets or Tournament Chips will be used for this tie-break.
  16. Where all three participants in the final remain tied after Rule 43 has been applied, each participant will be randomly assigned one of the following:
    • First Dozen (1-12);
    • Second Dozen (13-24); or
    • Third Dozen (25-36).
    The roulette wheel will then be spun. The participant assigned the dozen containing the winning number will be ranked highest among the tied participants. If Zero is spun, the result will be disregarded and the wheel will be spun again using the same assignments until a qualifying number is spun.
  17. Following a three-participant tie-break under Rule 45, the remaining two participants will be randomly assigned Red and Black. The procedure in Rule 44 will then be followed to determine their respective finishing positions.
  18. At the end of each round, all Tournament Chips must be returned to LAC.
  19. Promotional points and Tournament Chips are provided solely for participation in the Promotion. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, retained, transferred or exchanged for cash, goods or services.

LAC Golden Chips

  1. The LAC element of each prize will be awarded in non-negotiable Golden Chips. Winners should speak to their host to arrange collection.
  2. Golden Chips may be used only on live table games at LAC. They must remain in play until lost and cannot be redeemed, transferred or exchanged for cash, goods or services.

LAO bonus funds

  1. To receive the LAO element of a prize, a winner must hold an active, fully verified LAO account in good standing. If a winner does not hold a qualifying LAO account, they will not receive the LAO element and no cash, Golden Chip or other alternative will be provided.
  2. Subject to Rule 53, LAO bonus funds will be credited to the winner’s LAO account within 24 hours after the roulette tournament results have been confirmed.
  3. A winner must accept the LAO bonus within 90 days after it is issued. If the bonus is not accepted within that period, it will expire and be forfeited.
  4. Once accepted, a winner must place qualifying wagers totalling six times the original LAO bonus amount before the bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days after acceptance of the bonus.
  5. All LAO casino games contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement, except for minimal-risk wagering described in Rule 58, which does not contribute.
  6. Minimal-risk wagering does not contribute towards the wagering requirement. This includes:
    • roulette bets where the total coverage exceeds 67% of all betting options, including multiple bets placed across a large proportion of the table to reduce overall risk; and
    • baccarat bets placed on both Player and Banker at the same time.
  7. If a winner loses their original bonus while betting and can no longer meet the wagering requirement, or if their Bonus Balance falls below £0.10, the bonus will be automatically removed and will appear as cancelled in their account.
  8. Funds will be used in the following order while the bonus is active:
    • Bonus Balance;
    • Bonus Pending Winnings;
    • Real Ringfenced Casino Balance; and
    • Real Balance.
  9. If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days after acceptance, any funds held in the Bonus Balance and Bonus Pending Winnings Balance will expire and be forfeited.
  10. Winners are responsible for monitoring their bonus until the wagering requirement has been completed. If there are insufficient bonus funds to place a full qualifying bet, the winner may choose to use funds from their cash balance to complete the bet.
  11. The LAO bonus is also subject to LAO’s applicable account, bonus and wagering terms. If there is any conflict concerning the Promotion-specific bonus, these Terms will take precedence.

Fair participation and administration

  1. Participants must comply with these Terms and all reasonable instructions given by LAC staff in connection with the Promotion.
  2. LAC may disqualify a participant where it reasonably determines that the participant has:
    • breached these Terms;
    • attempted to enter or qualify more often than permitted;
    • colluded with another participant;
    • interfered with the operation of a tournament machine, roulette game or leaderboard;
    • acted fraudulently, dishonestly or abusively; or
    • otherwise sought to obtain an unfair advantage.
  3. If a technical or operational fault materially affects a slots tournament session, roulette round, leaderboard or result, LAC may void and replay the affected session or round where this is reasonably necessary to produce a fair result.
  4. LAC may correct an obvious or manifest error in a leaderboard, score, draw, result or prize allocation. Any correction will be made using the underlying tournament records where available.
  5. A prize awarded as a result of an error, breach of these Terms, fraud or other ineligible participation may be withheld or recovered.
  6. LAC will maintain records of eligibility, participation, scores and tournament results. These records may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute, but this does not affect a participant’s right to raise a complaint under LAC’s complaints and dispute resolution procedure. LAC’s determination of tournament scores and results will be final, subject to any correction under Rule 67 and that procedure.

General terms

  1. A customer who is, or becomes, self-excluded from gambling with LAC or through the SENSE scheme during the Promotion will not be eligible to participate or receive any associated prize or promotional benefit.
  2. A self-exclusion registered with LAO or through GAMSTOP will prevent the award of any LAO bonus, prize or promotional benefit. Following the end of a self-exclusion period, participation in the Promotion will be subject to a customer interaction where appropriate, taking account of any recent and relevant interactions previously undertaken.
  3. LAC may make minor amendments to the Promotion or these Terms to correct typographical errors or improve clarity or customer experience, provided that the amendment does not materially disadvantage participants.
  4. LAC may suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, technical or operational reasons outside its reasonable control. Where practicable, LAC will seek to minimise any disadvantage to participants and communicate any material change promptly.
  5. All complaints will be handled in accordance with the Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes process, which includes access to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Leaflets are available at LAC and participants may ask a manager for assistance. The complaints and disputes process is also available at https://lesambassadeurs.com/complaints-and-disputes/.
  6. These Terms apply in addition to the LAC OMNI Membership Terms, available at https://lesambassadeurs.com/club-rules/, and the applicable LAO account and bonus terms. If there is any conflict relating specifically to the operation of this Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.
  7. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
