Our Board
Ryan Ho
Ryan is a seasoned legal and compliance executive with extensive experience in both the gaming and financial sectors. He has served as the Managing Director and Head of Legal and Compliance at a publicly listed company specializing in gaming and hotel operations. He has worked as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, APAC of a UK based financial institution focused on liquidity, risk management, financial technology, and brokerage solutions, and has worked as a senior legal and compliance professional in some top tier PRC based financial institutions. He also has experience as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Consultant of a HNW Family Office.
His expertise has earned him a finalist position for several prestigious awards, including the In-house Lawyer of the Year award, the Financial Services In-House Team of the Year award, and the Hong Kong In-House Team of the Year award at the Asian Legal Business Hong Kong Law Awards in the past.
Before moving into in-house, Ryan had worked in one of the largest Australian based international law firms where he had advised financial institutions and Greater-China-based companies on issues relating to regulatory compliance, product mis-selling and anti-bribery.
ROBERT CAIRNS
Responsible for the company’s financial and strategic functions including all accounting, treasury, budgeting and tax activities. Rob serves on the Executive Committee, contributing to the strategic direction of the company while also overseeing the facilities management of the property. He joined the team in 2010 from Discovery Networks Europe where he served as a divisional Finance Director responsible for all financial, audit, treasury and tax for the global program sales and digital channels.
ROBERT GOOD
Having previously served in a senior position with the gaming regulator, Robert consults on compliance issues and brings a wealth of experience and practice to Les Ambassadeurs Club. As the Non-Executive Director on the Board, he is not involved directly in the day-to-day running of the casino, however this does place him in the valuable position of providing the club with an independent view. Staff also have the confidence in knowing there is an independent Board Member they can speak to and raise issues on a confidential basis through the “whistle-blowing” procedure.

Sandra Rodrigues
With a wealth of gaming experience gained over 25 years, Sandra oversees the day to day operations of the club to ensure a consistent high standard of customer service. Starting as a dealer and working her way up to the role of Director of Gaming, Sandra has acquired valuable experience and expertise to give her a comprehensive understanding at all levels to guide, lead and mentor her team. This experience has put her in the unique position to be able to oversee the professional development and certification of the team with a focus on Social Responsibility, plus share her knowledge and insight of the regulatory demands of the business for compliance and efficiency.
MIKE CODLING
Mike is a highly skilled and accomplished casino professional with extensive expertise across a broad range of areas, including regulatory compliance, security, surveillance, and data protection. With a deep understanding of the industry’s complex regulatory environment, Mike has built a reputation for ensuring the highest standards of operational integrity and compliance. He holds numerous qualifications in Data Protection, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance, and has recently completed the prestigious Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Crime Compliance, the highest level of training offered by the International Compliance Association (ICA). This advanced credential highlights Mike’s commitment to staying at the forefront of industry best practices and his dedication to protecting businesses from both financial crime and broader regulatory risks.
Christophe Thuilot
Christophe joined Les Ambassadeurs in 2014, contributing his vast knowledge and experience gained at numerous Michelin star restaurants; namely The Restaurant Marco Pierre White, Aubergine, The Capital, Seven Park Place as well as Soho House, a private members club. Having learnt under the guidance of masters Olivier Poussier and Eric Chavot, members appreciate Christophe’s dedication and creativity in designing and providing bespoke dining experiences.
