Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully and fully registered as customers of Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”).

2. By participating in this promotion, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Les Ambassadeurs management reserves the right to offer this promotion, which is limited to a single claim per customer.

4. This Blackjack Tournament (“the Promotion”) will run as follows:

5. This promotion is only available to Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”) members in good standing, defined as members holding a valid permanent membership (i.e., not a temporary membership) and who are not subject to any form of suspension at any time during the promotional period.

6. Access to the promotion is subject to your successful registration and the ongoing management of your LAC membership, and the timely submittal of information that may be requested, by our team, from time to time. This is to ensure that the information that we hold is true and accurate in support of our commitment to safeguarding and better understanding your individual circumstances.

7. This offer is non-transferable and is available only to the registered account holder. Participation and eligibility are linked to the individual customer’s account, and only that customer may qualify for and redeem rewards under this promotion.

Prizes

9. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be in with a chance of winning a prize from the list below:

10. LAC prizes will be awarded in Golden Chips.

11. Golden Chips remain in play until lost, at which point they are removed from play.

12. Golden Chips cannot be redeemed or exchanged for their cash equivalent.

13. Golden Chips can only be used on Live Table games at LAC.

Online Bonus Terms

14. Prizes for Les Ambassadeurs Online will be credited to your online account within 24 hrs.

15. A qualifying and active and fully verified Les Ambassadeurs Online account is required for ”Online” Prize elements

16. You will need to wager the total amount of these Les Ambassadeurs Online bonuses 6 times (6x) before you can withdraw your bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus. All LAO games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement.

17. Minimal risk wagering will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirements for LAO bonuses. This includes:

• Roulette bets where the total coverage of betting exceeds 67% of all betting options (for example, placing multiple bets across a large proportion of the table to reduce overall risk); and

• Baccarat bets where wagers are placed on both Player and Banker at the same time.

18. If you have not accepted your Online bonus within 90 days of issuance, your Online bonus will be forfeit.

19. The period for completing the bonus wagering requirements is 30 days from the date of acceptance.

20. If the wagering requirement has not been met within 30 days of acceptance, any funds held in the Bonus Balance and Bonus Pending Winnings Balance will be forfeit.

21. If you lose your original bonus whilst betting and therefore cannot meet the wagering requirement, or if the Bonus Balance falls below £0.10, the bonus will be automatically removed and will show as ‘cancelled’ in your account.

22. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus in their account until wagering is complete.  If there are insufficient bonus funds to place a full qualifying bet, customers may choose to use funds from their cash balance to complete the bet.

23. When your Online prize, bonus or both, are active, the order in which funds are used is as follows: 1. Bonus Balance, 2. Bonus Pending Winnings Balance (if bonus winnings are available), 3. Real Ringfenced Casino Balance (if funds are available), and 4. Real Balance (Withdrawable).

Tournament Structure

24. Participants can only play in one box per round.

25. Standard Casino Blackjack rules apply.

26. Side bets are not permitted for the duration of this promotion. 

27. Wagering between players is strictly prohibited.

28. Players may not transfer bankroll tournament chips to other players at any time.

29. The Tournament consists of 3 rounds: a qualifying round, a semi-final and a final.

30. Dealing order will be determined by a starting marker that moves one place clockwise after each completed hand, The marker will also indicate the first player to place bet.

31. Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed.

32. The winners of each round will be determined by the participants with the highest bankroll at the end of their hands.

33. Players accumulate score based on the balance of their bankroll after all hands have been played.

34. In the instance where a tie prevents a clear winner, or qualifying participant, tiebreakers will be determined in the following order:

35. Tournament bankrolls are for scoring purposes only and hold no direct cash value.

36. Any participant who fails to attend, or take part in the tournament, after qualification, will be deemed to have forfeited their place in the tournament and any right to continue participation or receive associated prizes or benefits.

37.  In the event that a participant is unable to attend the next round, a replacement participant will be selected in the following order:

Qualifying Round

38.  Each participant begins with a £1,000 bankroll.

39. Each participant will start the qualifying round with a maximum of 7 hands. After the 7 hands have been played, additional hands are not permitted.

40. Minimum stake: £10 or the totality of your balance if less than £10. Maximum £500.

41. Each table will be comprised of a maximum of 5 participants. During the qualifying rounds, the 10 participants with the highest score at the end of the 7 hands will progress to the Semi-Final.

Semi-Final

42.  Each participant begins with a £2,000 bankroll.

43. Each participant will start the Semi-Final with a maximum of 10 hands. After the 10 hands have been played, additional hands are not permitted.

44. Minimum stake: £10 or the totality of your balance if less than £10. Maximum £500.

45. Each table will be comprised of a maximum of 5 participants. The 5 participants with the highest scores across all tables at the end of the Semi-Final round will progress to the Final.

Final

46.  Each participant begins with a £5,000 bankroll.

47. Each participant will start the Final with a maximum of 15 hands. After the 15 hands have been played, additional hands are not permitted.

48. Minimum stake: £100 or the totality of your balance if less than £100. There is no Maximum limit in the Final.

49. Tables will be comprised of a maximum of 5 participants. The participant with the highest score at the end of the 15 hands will be the tournament winner.

50. In the instance that there is a tie after 15 hands and players still have chips, then additional hands must be played until only one player has chips remaining.

51. In the instance that there is a tie after 15 hands, and players have no chips left, a tiebreaker will be determined by the earliest loss of total bankroll being the loser.

Additional Terms

52. Physical presence on-site is required to take part in this tournament. Remote participation is not allowed.

53. Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to suspend or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary:

54. We may make minor amendments to this promotion to correct content or to improve clarity or customer experience.

55. This offer is only available to eligible customers. You can see a full list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the Offers section. Les Ambassadeurs Online maintains a record of customer`s contacted in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions applied, may be used as supporting evidence in the event of any dispute, but does not affect a customer’s right to raise a complaint or seek independent dispute resolution.

56. In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, Les Ambassadeurs Online has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this offer. Les Ambassadeurs Online may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or complete further verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer’s identity prior to crediting any offer, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.

57. All customer offers are limited to one per person. If Les Ambassadeurs Online has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people, it reserves the rig6ht to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.

58. Where any term of the offer is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Les Ambassadeurs Online may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such offer, void any wager funded through the offer and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, Les Ambassadeurs Online may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment, towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.

59. All complaints are handled in accordance with the “Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes” process and which includes an Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”). 60. Les Ambassadeurs Online may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.

61. Access to the promotion is conditional upon the successful completion of your Les Ambassadeurs Club registration and the continued active status of your membership. This includes the timely provision of any information we may reasonably request from time to time to ensure that the details we hold about you are accurate and up to date. Such information may include, but is not limited to, valid identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds or wealth documentation, where applicable. Failure to provide this information may result in the temporary suspension or withdrawal of your eligibility for the promotion.

62. In the event of ANY breach of the OMNI Membership Terms and Conditions and or these promotional terms, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to cancel further participation within any Promotion.

63. Les Ambassadeurs Membership Terms and Conditions (the “OMNI Membership Terms and Conditions”) and the Les Ambassadeurs Online Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) remain in full force for the duration of this promotion.

64. Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

65. Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online Promotions are limited time offerings and are subject to change.

66. Employees, Officers and Directors of Les Ambassadeurs Online, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.

67. Customers who are, or become, self-excluded from gambling with either Les Ambassadeurs Club or via the SENSE programme, during the promotion period, will not be eligible to participate in this promotion or receive any associated bonuses, prizes, or promotional benefits.

68. A self-exclusion registered through Les Ambassadeurs Online, or GAMSTOP, will prohibit the provision of any Online bonuses, prizes or awards. Following the end of a self-exclusion period, participation in this promotion will be subject to a customer interaction where appropriate, taking into account any recent and relevant interactions previously undertaken.

69. Customers reactivating their accounts following a period of self-exclusion will not be eligible for any retrospective promotional entitlements.
