Electronic Roulette Tournament Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully and fully registered as customers of Les Ambassadeurs Club (LAC).
2. Les Ambassadeurs management reserves the right to offer this promotion, which is limited to a single claim per customer.
3. This Electronic Roulette Tournament (The Promotion) runs from 12:00 BST on the 29th of July 2026 until 23:00 BST on the 4th of August 2026 (the promotion period).
4. This Tournament (“The Promotion”) will run as follows:
   • The primary rounds will take place from 18:00 BST on the 29th of July 2026 until 06:00 BST on the 4th of August 2026.
   • The Semi-Final and Final will take place on the 4th of August 2026 between 20:00 BST and 23:00 BST.
   • All Semi-Finalists must be present between 20:00 BST and 21:00 BST on 4th of August 2026 to participate.
   • The Final round will take place immediately following the conclusion of the Semi-Final.
5. This promotion is free to enter.
6. This promotion is only available to Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”) members in good standing, defined as members holding a valid permanent membership (i.e., not a temporary membership) and who are not subject to any form of suspension at any time during the promotional period.
7. Access to the promotion is subject to your successful registration and the ongoing management of your LAC membership, and the timely submittal of information that may be requested, by our team, from time to time. This is to ensure that the information that we hold is true and accurate in support of our commitment to safeguarding and better understanding your individual circumstances.
8. Entry to the tournament is strictly by invitation only.
9. This promotion cannot be transferred to another person and is solely for the use of the individual to whom this communication is directed.

Prizes

10. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be in with a chance of winning a prize from the list below:

1st Prize: £10,000 split £5,000 for use in Les Ambassadeurs Club issued as Golden Chips and £5,000 for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online as bonus funds (subject to 6x wagering and standard bonus terms).

2nd Prize: £6,000 which will be awarded as £3,000 for use in Les Ambassadeurs Club as Golden Chips and £3,000 for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online as bonus funds (subject to 6x wagering and standard bonus terms).

3rd Prize: £4,000 split £2,000 for use in Les Ambassadeurs Club issued as Golden Chips and £2,000 for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online as bonus funds (subject to 6x wagering and standard bonus terms).

11. Prizes allocated for either LAC or LAO cannot be transferred between them and can only be used on their respective brand.
12. All LAC prizes will be awarded in non-negotiable Golden Chips. To collect your prize, speak to your host who will arrange it for you.
13. Golden Chips remain in play until lost, at which point they are removed from play.
14. Golden Chips cannot be redeemed or exchanged for their cash equivalent.
15. Golden Chips can only be used on Live Table games at LAC.
16. A qualifying and active Les Ambassadeurs Online account is required for ”Online” Prizes and bonuses.
17. Prizes and bonuses for Les Ambassadeurs Online will be credited to your online account within 24 hrs
18. You will need to wager the total amount of any Les Ambassadeurs Online bonus 6 times (6x) before you can withdraw your bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus. All LAO games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement.
19. Minimal risk wagering on Roulette (which is defined as placing bets in such a way whereby the coverage of betting exceeds 67% of all betting options), and Baccarat (which is defined as placing bets on both Player and Banker at the same time), will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirements.
20. When your online prize, bonus or both, are active, the order in which funds are used is as follows: 1. Bonus Balance, 2. Bonus Pending Winnings Balance (if bonus winnings are available), 3. Real Ringfenced Casino Balance (if funds are available), and 4. Real Balance (Withdrawable).
21. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus in their account until wagering is complete. If there are not enough bonus funds to place the final full bet, but some bonus remains, non-bonus account funds will be used to complete the bet.
22. If you have not accepted your prize and/or bonus within 90 days of your prize and/or bonus being issued, then either, or both, will be forfeit.
23. If the wagering requirement has not been met within 30 days of your prize and/or bonus being accepted, any funds held in the Bonus Fund Balance and any Pending Bonus Winnings will be removed.
24. If you lose your original bonus whilst betting and therefore cannot meet the wagering requirement, or if the Bonus Balance falls below £0.10, the bonus will be automatically removed and will show as ‘cancelled’ in your account.

Tournament Structure

25. The Tournament consists of 3 rounds, a Primary round, a Semi-Final and a Final.
26. Once per gaming day of the Primary round, each participant may attempt to set a Leaderboard high score.
27. Leaderboard scores will be persistent for the duration of the primary rounds with only the highest score achieved by each participant being recorded.
28. After each round (i.e. Primary, Semi-Final & Final) of the promotion the leaderboard will be reset, and qualifying participants will enter the next round of the tournament,
29. The winner of each round will be determined by the participants balances after all spins have been played.
30. In the instance where a tie prevents a clear winner, or qualifying participant, the highest combined two wins, across the tournament, will be used to determine which participant progresses.
31. Any promotional credit provided for use in these promotions cannot be redeemed, transferred or exchanged for any goods or services and have zero monetary value.
32. In the event that multiple participants finish a round with zero chips, the participant that reached zero earliest in the round will be placed lower on the leaderboard.
33. In the event that multiple participants tie in the Semi-Final and/or Final a 3-spin playoff will decide the winner. Each participant in the tie break situation will have an equal value of chips and the highest score after 3 spins will be deemed the winner.

Primary Rounds

34. During the Primary rounds, every participant will start with a maximum of 7 spins and £5,000 in competition credit.
35. The round ends when you have used all 7 spins, or your chip balance reaches zero, whichever is soonest.
36. After the 7 spins have been completed, no additional bets are permitted.
37. The minimum bet is £1,000.00 or the totality of credit if your balance is less than £1,000. There is no maximum limit.
38. At the end of the primary rounds the participants with the ten (10) highest scores will qualify for the Semi-Final.

Semi-Final

39. During the Semi-Final, every participant will start with a maximum of 8 spins and £7,500 in competition credit.
40. The minimum bet is £1,000.00 or the totality of credit if your balance is less than £1,000. There is no maximum limit.
41. At the end of the Semi-Final the participants with the five (5) highest scores will qualify for the Final.

Final

42. During the Final, every participant will start with a maximum of 10 spins and £10,000 in competition credit.
43. The minimum bet is £1,000.00 or the totality of credit if your balance is less than £1,000. There is no maximum limit.
44. At the end of the Final the three (3) participants with the highest scores will qualify for one of the prizes listed in clause 10.

General Terms

45. Tournament credit has zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.
46. Les Ambassadeurs membership Terms & Conditions (the “Club Rules”) and the Les Ambassadeurs Online Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) remain in full force.
47. Les Ambassadeurs Club and Online Promotions are limited time offerings and are subject to change.
48. In the event of ANY breach of the Club Rules and or these promotional terms, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to cancel further participation within any Promotion.
49. Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to suspend or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary:
    • to repair or maintain services:
    • to update, upgrade or improve the services and promotion:
    • due to the occurrence of any circumstances beyond reasonable control, which includes, access issues, system failures and malfunctions: and
    • to ensure the fair and proper operation of the promotion, acting reasonably at all times and without prejudice to customers who have already qualified for rewards.
50. This offer is available only to customers who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms. Les Ambassadeurs Club will maintain records of promotional eligibility and participation. In the event of any dispute, these records will be used as evidence, however this does not affect the customer’s right to raise a complaint in accordance with the Club’s complaints and dispute resolution procedures.
51. All complaints are handled in accordance with the “Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes” process and which includes an Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) process. 52. Where any term of the offer is breached, or where activity is reasonably considered to be abusive, fraudulent or intended to circumvent the intended operation of the promotion, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withdraw the offer, void any wagers funded by the offer and remove any associated winnings.
53. Les Ambassadeurs may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.
54. Les Ambassadeurs may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
55. Employees, Officers and Directors of Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
56. Customers who are, or become, self-excluded from gambling with either Les Ambassadeurs Club or via the SENSE programme during the promotion period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion or receive any associated bonuses, prizes, or promotional benefits.
57. A self-exclusion registered through Les Ambassadeurs Online, or GAMSTOP, will prohibit the provision of any Online bonuses, prizes or awards. Following the end of a self-exclusion period, participation in this promotion will be subject to a customer interaction where appropriate, taking into account any recent and relevant interactions previously undertaken.
