Heads Up Hold ‘em Wheel Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully and fully registered as customers of Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”).

2. Les Ambassadeurs management reserves the right to offer this promotion, which is limited to a single claim per customer.

3. This Heads-up Hold‘em Wheel Promotion (The Promotion) runs from 12:00 GMT on the 18th May 2026 until 06:00 GMT on 27th May 2026 (the promotion period).

4. By participating in this promotion, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

5. This promotion is only available to Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”) members in good standing, defined as members holding a valid permanent membership (i.e., not a temporary membership) and who are not subject to any form of suspension at any time during the promotional period.

6. Access to the promotion is subject to your successful registration and the ongoing management of your LAC membership, and the timely submittal of information that may be requested, by our team, from time to time. This is to ensure that the information that we hold is true and accurate in support of our commitment to safeguarding and better understanding your individual circumstances.

7. This offer is non-transferable and is available only to the registered account holder. Participation and eligibility are linked to the individual customer’s account, and only that customer may qualify for and redeem rewards under this promotion.

8. Participation in the Heads Up Hold‘em offer is entirely optional. Customers are not required to increase their level of spend in order to take part.

9.  To participate, customers must stake a minimum of £50 within a single gaming day (12:00 to 06:00) to unlock one spin of the Heads Up Hold‘em Wheel.

10. Participation is limited to one spin of the Heads Up Hold‘em Wheel, per eligible gaming day and one per customer, subject to meeting the relevant qualifying criteria.

11. Prize wheel outcomes are determined by a randomised process with fixed probabilities and are not influenced by player behaviour.

12. Physical presence on-site is required to spin the Heads Up Hold‘em Wheel. Remote participation is not allowed.

13. Any daily spins that are not used, for any reason, will not be carried over and cannot be used at any other time.

Prizes

14. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be in with a chance of winning:

  • The £10,000 prize draw, which will be split £5,000 in Golden Chips for use at LAC and £5,000 for use at LAO and/or
  • A prize/prizes from the list below:

15. The Free Hand prize will award the customer with £125 in Golden Chips to use in one hand of Heads Up Hold‘em at LAC. The Golden Chips will be allocated, in five (5) equal values of £25 on five (5) pre-allocated positions.

16. Any winnings from the free hand can be used on any eligible LAC games.

17. The Free Hand must be played the same gaming day that it is awarded.

18. All tickets earned from the Heads Up Hold‘em Wheel will be entered into the prize draw, which will be held in The Club no later than 7 days from the end of the Promotion Period.

Online Bonus Terms

19. Prizes for Les Ambassadeurs Online will be credited to your online account within 24 hrs.

20. A qualifying and active Les Ambassadeurs Online account is required for ”Online” Prizes.

21. You will need to wager the total amount of these Les Ambassadeurs Online bonuses 6 times (6x) before you can withdraw your bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus. All LAO games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement.

22. Minimal risk wagering will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirements for LAO bonuses. This includes:

• Roulette bets where the total coverage of betting exceeds 67% of all betting options (for example, placing multiple bets across a large proportion of the table to reduce overall risk); and

• Baccarat bets where wagers are placed on both Player and Banker at the same time.

23. If you have not accepted your Online bonus within 7 days of issuance, your Online bonus will be forfeit.

24. The period for completing the bonus wagering requirements is 7 days from the date of acceptance.

25. If the wagering requirement has not been met within 7 days of acceptance, any funds held in the Bonus Balance and Bonus Pending Winnings Balance will be forfeit.

26. If you lose your original bonus whilst betting and therefore cannot meet the wagering requirement, or if the Bonus Balance falls below £0.10, the bonus will be automatically removed and will show as ‘cancelled’ in your account.

27. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus in their account until wagering is complete.  If there are insufficient bonus funds to place a full qualifying bet, customers may choose to use funds from their cash balance to complete the bet.

28. When your Online prize, bonus or both, are active, the order in which funds are used is as follows: 1. Bonus Balance, 2. Bonus Pending Winnings Balance (if bonus winnings are available), 3. Real Ringfenced Casino Balance (if funds are available), and 4. Real Balance (Withdrawable).

Additional Terms

29. Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to suspend or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary:

• to repair or maintain services:

• to update, upgrade or improve the services and promotion:

• due to the occurrence of any circumstances beyond reasonable control, which includes, access issues, system failures and malfunctions: and

to ensure the fair and proper operation of the promotion, acting reasonably at all times and without prejudice to customers who have already qualified for rewards.

30. We may make minor amendments to this promotion to correct content or to improve clarity or customer experience.

31. This offer is only available to eligible customers. You can see a full list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the Offers section. Les Ambassadeurs Online maintains a record of customer`s contacted in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions applied, may be used as supporting evidence in the event of any dispute, but does not affect a customer’s right to raise a complaint or seek independent dispute resolution.

32. In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, Les Ambassadeurs Online has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this offer. Les Ambassadeurs Online may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or complete further verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer’s identity prior to crediting any offer, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.

33. All customer offers are limited to one per person. If Les Ambassadeurs Online has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people, it reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.

34. Where any term of the offer is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Les Ambassadeurs Online may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such offer, void any wager funded through the offer and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, Les Ambassadeurs Online may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment, towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.

35. All complaints are handled in accordance with the “Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes” process and which includes an Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”). 36. Les Ambassadeurs Online may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.

37. Access to the promotion is conditional upon the successful completion of your Les Ambassadeurs Club registration and the continued active status of your membership. This includes the timely provision of any information we may reasonably request from time to time to ensure that the details we hold about you are accurate and up to date. Such information may include, but is not limited to, valid identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds or wealth documentation, where applicable. Failure to provide this information may result in the temporary suspension or withdrawal of your eligibility for the promotion.

38. In the event of ANY breach of the Club Rules and or these promotional terms, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to cancel further participation within any Promotion.

39. Les Ambassadeurs Membership Terms and Conditions (the “Club Rules”) and the Les Ambassadeurs Online Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) remain in full force for the duration of this promotion.

40. Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

41. Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online Promotions are limited time offerings and are subject to change.

42. Employees, Officers and Directors of Les Ambassadeurs Online, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.

43. Customers who are, or become, self-excluded from gambling with either Les Ambassadeurs Club or via the SENSE programme, during the promotion period, will not be eligible to participate in this promotion or receive any associated bonuses, prizes, or promotional benefits.

44. A self-exclusion registered through Les Ambassadeurs Online, or GAMSTOP, will prohibit the provision of any Online bonuses, prizes or awards. Following the end of a self-exclusion period, participation in this promotion will be subject to a customer interaction where appropriate, taking into account any recent and relevant interactions previously undertaken.

45. Customers reactivating their accounts following a period of self-exclusion will not be eligible for any retrospective promotional entitlements.
