  1. This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully and fully registered as customers of Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”).
  2. The promotion is only available to Les Ambassadeurs Club members in good standing, defined as members holding a valid account and who are not subject to any form of suspension at any time during the promotional period.
  3. The promotion will run during the designated FIFA World Cup Quarter Final, Semi Final and Final matches, commencing 9 July 2026.
  4. The third-place playoff game is not included in this promotion.
  5. Access to the promotion is subject to your successful registration and the ongoing management of your LAC account, and the timely submittal of information that may be requested, by our team, from time to time. Such information may include, but is not limited to, valid identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds or wealth documentation, where applicable. Failure to provide this information may result in the temporary suspension or withdrawal of your eligibility for the promotion. This is to ensure that the information that we hold is true and accurate in support of our commitment to safeguarding and better understanding your individual circumstances.
  6. This offer is non-transferable and is available only to the registered account holder. Participation and eligibility are linked to the individual customer’s account, and only that customer may qualify for and redeem rewards under this promotion.
  7. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Card” refers to a randomly allocated match outcome awarded following a qualifying achievement.
  8. Customers must initially qualify for the promotion with £100 cumulative gaming turnover during a relevant match, and will receive one Card for doing so, available once per customer per match only.
  9. Customers may earn additional Cards by achieving any of the following whilst participating in eligible gaming during a relevant match:
    • A Blackjack in Blackjack;
    • The winning Roulette number is 0, 20 or 26, provided the customer has placed any valid wager on the Roulette table for that spin;
    • Winning Player or Bank bet on Baccarat with a Natural 9;
    • A Straight or higher in Three Card Poker;
    • A Straight or higher on Heads up Hold’em.
  10. Each qualifying achievement awards one randomly allocated Card from the following match outcomes:
    • Over 0.5 goals
    • Over 1.5 goals
    • Over 2.5 goals
    • Over 3.5 corners
    • Over 1.5 yellow cards
    • Over 2.5 yellow cards
    • Over 0.5 red cards
    • The home team win
    • The away team win
    • It’s a draw
    • Penalty is awarded
    • Both teams to score
    • Winning without conceding a goal
    • The score line is 0-0
    • The score line is 1-0
    • The score line is 2-0
    • The score line is 0-1
    • The score line is 1-1
    • The score line is 2-1
    • The score line is 0-2
    • The score line is 1-2
    • The score line is 2-2
  11. Each time a customer achieves a qualifying achievement, they will draw one random Card from the deck. The outcome shown on the Card will be recorded against the customer for the relevant match.
  12. Cards are drawn by the qualifying customer, are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  13. Once an Outcome Card has been selected, its outcome is recorded against the customer for that match, and the Card is immediately returned to the deck. Recorded outcomes apply to that match only and expire at the final whistle.
  14. Winning Cards will be determined by the official FIFA match result and statistics published by FIFA at the end of normal time, 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count.
  15. Official FIFA match results and statistics shall be final for the purposes of determining winning Cards.
  16. Prizes will only be awarded following the conclusion of the relevant match.
  17. A maximum of ten (10) winning Cards per customer, per eligible match, will be eligible for a prize. Any additional winning Cards will not receive a prize.
  18. No cash alternative is available in respect of either the Golden Chips or the Online Bonus.
  19. If an eligible match is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed in normal time, Les Ambassadeurs reserves the right to cancel the promotion in respect of that match.
  20. Each winning Card will receive:
    • £100 in Golden Chips for use at Les Ambassadeurs Club; and
    • £100 Online Bonus for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online.
  21. Golden Chips may only be used on eligible games and must be used within any stated expiry period.
  22. LAC prizes will be awarded in Golden Chips.
  23. Golden Chips remain in play until lost, at which point they are removed from play.
  24. Golden Chips cannot be redeemed or exchanged for their cash equivalent.
  25. Golden Chips can only be used on Live Table games at LAC.
  26. Any Online Bonus is considered promotional bonus funds and will be credited to a customer’s Les Ambassadeurs Online account and is subject to the applicable Les Ambassadeurs Online Bonus Terms and Conditions.
  27. Customers must have, or successfully register for, a Les Ambassadeurs Online account in order to receive the Online Bonus element of any prize. If a customer does not have, or chooses not to register for, a Les Ambassadeurs Online account, the Online Bonus element of the prize will not be awarded. No cash alternative will be offered.
  28. Prizes for Les Ambassadeurs Online will be credited to your online account within 24 hrs.
  29. You will need to wager the total amount of Les Ambassadeurs Online bonuses 6 times (6x) before you can withdraw your bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus. All LAO games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement.
  30. Minimal risk wagering will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirements for LAO bonuses. This includes:
    • Roulette bets where the total coverage of betting exceeds 67% of all betting options, for example, placing multiple bets across a large proportion of the table to reduce overall risk; and
    • Baccarat bets where wagers are placed on both Player and Banker at the same time.
  31. If you have not accepted your Online bonus within 7 days of issuance, your Online bonus will be forfeit.
  32. The period for completing the bonus wagering requirements is 7 days from the date of acceptance.
  33. If the wagering requirement has not been met within 7 days of acceptance, any funds held in the Bonus Balance and Bonus Pending Winnings Balance will be forfeit.
  34. If you lose your original bonus whilst betting and therefore cannot meet the wagering requirement, or if the Bonus Balance falls below £0.10, the bonus will be automatically removed and will show as ‘cancelled’ in your account.
  35. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus in their account until wagering is complete. If there are insufficient bonus funds to place a full qualifying bet, customers may choose to use funds from their cash balance to complete the bet.
  36. When your Online prize, bonus or both, are active, the order in which funds are used is as follows: 1. Bonus Balance, 2. Bonus Pending Winnings Balance, if bonus winnings are available, 3. Real Ringfenced Casino Balance, if funds are available, and 4. Real Balance, Withdrawable.
  37. Les Ambassadeurs reserves the right to withhold or refuse any prize where fraud, abuse, misuse of the promotion or breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
  38. In the event of any breach of the Les Ambassadeurs Membership Terms and Conditions or these promotional Terms and Conditions, Les Ambassadeurs reserves the right to withdraw a customer’s participation in this promotion and withhold any unawarded prizes.
  39. Any complaints are handled in accordance with the “Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes” process and which includes an Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”).   40. Les Ambassadeurs reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary, including for legal, regulatory or operational reasons.
  41. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  42. The Les Ambassadeurs OMNI Membership Terms and Conditions, available at https://lesambassadeurs.com/club-rules/, and the Les Ambassadeurs Online Terms and Conditions apply to this promotion and continue in full force throughout the promotional period.
  43. In the event of any breach of the Les Ambassadeurs Membership Terms and Conditions or these promotional Terms and Conditions, Les Ambassadeurs reserves the right to withdraw a customer’s participation in this promotion and withhold any unawarded prizes.
  44. Les Ambassadeurs Online reserve the right to suspend or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary:
    • to repair or maintain services;
    • to update, upgrade or improve the services and promotion;
    • due to the occurrence of any circumstances beyond reasonable control, which includes access issues, system failures and malfunctions; and
    • to ensure the fair and proper operation of the promotion, acting reasonably at all times and without prejudice to customers who have already qualified for rewards.
  45. Prizes allocated for either LAC or Les Ambassadeurs Online (“LAO”) cannot be transferred between them and can only be used on their respective brand.
  46. Customers who are, or become, self-excluded from gambling with either Les Ambassadeurs Club or via the SENSE programme, during the promotion period, will not be eligible to participate in this promotion or receive any associated bonuses, prizes, or promotional benefits.
  47. Employees, Officers and Directors of Les Ambassadeurs Online, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
  48. A self-exclusion registered through Les Ambassadeurs Online, or GAMSTOP, will prohibit the provision of any Online bonuses, prizes or awards. Following the end of a self-exclusion period, participation in this promotion will be subject to a customer interaction where appropriate, taking into account any recent and relevant interactions previously undertaken.
  49. Customers reactivating their accounts following a period of self-exclusion will not be eligible for any retrospective promotional entitlements.
