Eligibility, Promotion Overview and Points Earning

1. These Promotions are open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully and fully registered as customers of Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”).

2. These promotions are only available to LAC members in good standing, defined as members holding a valid permanent membership (i.e., not a temporary membership) and who are not subject to any form of suspension at any time during the promotional period.

3. By participating in this promotion, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Participation in the Daily Spin offer is entirely optional, and customers are not required to increase their level of spend in order to take part.

5. Les Ambassadeurs management reserves the right to offer these promotions. Participation is limited to one Daily Spin per eligible gaming day and one Weekly Spin per eligible week, per customer, subject to meeting the relevant qualifying criteria.

7.  Access to the promotion is subject to your successful registration and the ongoing management of your LAC membership, and the timely submission of information that may be requested, by our team, from time to time. This is to ensure that the information that we hold is true and accurate in support of our commitment to safeguarding and better understanding your individual circumstances.

8. This offer is non-transferable and is available only to the registered account holder. Participation, points accrual and eligibility are linked to the individual customer’s account, and only that customer may qualify for and redeem rewards under this promotion.

9. The Daily Spin and Weekly Spin offer runs from 12:00 GMT on 18th May 2026 until 06:00 GMT on 15th June 2026 (“The Promotion Period”).

10. You must be able to attend Les Ambassadeurs Club to use your weekly spin to be eligible for any bonuses or prizes, irrespective of your points balance.

11. Prizes allocated for either LAC or Les Ambassadeurs Online (“LAO”) cannot be transferred between them and can only be used on their respective brand.

12. A qualifying and active LAO account is required for ”Online” Prizes and bonuses.

13. All prizes received during this promotion, except those won from the daily spin wheel, will be split 75% for use at LAC and 25% for use at LAO.

14. Prizes for LAO will be credited to your Online account within 24 hrs.

15. Prizes for LAC will be awarded in Golden Chips. If the prize is not a multiple of £25 it will be rounded up to the next whole amount divisible by £25. Prizes for LAO will be rounded up to the nearest £1. For example, a weekly bonus of £350 would be split between LAC and LAO as £262.50 and £87.50 respectively. The LAC prize would be rounded up to £275, and the LAO prize would be rounded up to £88.00

16. Points are earned through eligible games at LAC and LAO, food & drink purchases at LAC and 6 Hamilton Place (“6HP”) and any gratuities at LAC and LAO and 6 Hamilton Place.

17. Points for the daily spin are calculated each gaming day. The gaming day for LAC is from 12:00 until 06:00 and the gaming day for LAO is from 00:00 until 23:59.

18. A maximum of 1,000 points per game type (e.g. blackjack, roulette, poker) can be earned per day, with the cap applying separately to each game type and separately across LAC and LAO.

19. The rate points are earned vary by game type as shown in the tables below:

20. Non-gaming spend including food, drink and gratuities are not subject to any daily cap. Any food and drink purchases must be made with real money (i.e. cash or card).

21. Points earned while participating in this promotion cannot be converted, redeemed or transferred.

22. Your weekly bonus will be commensurate with the number of points which you have earned at LAC for the period from 12:00 GMT on Monday through until 06:00 the following Monday and for Les Ambassadeurs Online (“LAO”), Weekly Points are accumulated from 00:00 GMT Monday until 23:59 GMT the following Sunday. Any point value below 3,500 will not be redeemable and cannot be carried forward or transferred.


Daily Spin Bonus Terms and Conditions

23. The Daily Spin offer runs from 12:00 GMT until 06:00 GMT each day from 18th May 2026 until 15th June 2026 (“The Promotion Period”).

24. To participate, customers must earn a minimum of 100 points within a single gaming day (as defined above) to unlock one Daily Spin. Non-gaming spend i.e. food, drink and gratuities, will not contribute to unlocking Daily Spins.

25. Customers who have a current average daily visit of at least 2,500 points from gaming automatically qualify for The Daily Spin and are not required to earn an additional 100 points, in that same gaming day, to unlock their spin.

26. Customers may only enter the Daily Spin once per gaming day during the Promotion Period, irrespective of any additional spend over the 100-point minimum required.

27. By spinning the Daily Spin Wheel, you will be in with a chance to land on a wheel segment with one of the following outcomes:

£100 LAO Bonus, 50 Bonus Points, 100 Bonus Points, 150 Bonus Points, 200 Bonus Points, 250 Bonus Points, 500 Bonus Points or No Win.

28. Prize wheel outcomes are determined by a randomised process with fixed probabilities and are not influenced by player behaviour.

29. Any daily spins that are not used, for any reason, will not be carried over and cannot be used at any other time.

30. Daily Spins can only be used on the same gaming day once the requisite 100 points to participate have been earned.

Weekly Spin Bonus Terms & Conditions

31.  Participation in the Weekly Spin offer is entirely optional, and customers are not required to increase their level of spend in order to take part.

32. You are not required to take part in the Weekly Spin offer in order to take part in the Daily Spin offer.

33. To qualify for the Weekly Spin Bonus, you must achieve a minimum of 3,500 points earned at LAC, LAO or 6HP as detailed in clause 19 or through point bonuses from the Daily Spin Wheel.

34. Members who unlock the Weekly Spin Bonus will earn a Weekly Point Multiplier by spinning the mystery wheel once.

35. You may only enter the weekly spin once each week during the promotion period, irrespective of any additional points acquired that exceed the 3,500-point minimum required.

36. For Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”), Weekly Points are accumulated from 12:00 GMT Monday until 06:00 GMT the following Monday. For Les Ambassadeurs Online (“LAO”), Weekly Points are accumulated from 00:00 GMT Monday until 23:59 GMT the following Sunday.

Customers who qualify for a Weekly Spin must redeem their spin between 12:00 GMT on the Monday immediately following the end of the applicable earning period and 05:59 GMT on the subsequent Monday. Weekly Spins not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be carried forward

37. The Weekly Spin wheel will feature multiplier amounts that range between 1x – 24x. The resultant multiplier will then be applied to your point score to determine your weekly bonus as set out in the table in the Eligibility, Promotion Overview and Points Earning section.

38. Once the weekly multiplier has been applied to your base point score, your LAC bonus will be paid in Golden Chips as detailed in clause 15. Your LAO bonus will be credited as a pre wager bonus in accordance with the Bonus Terms set out below, including the applicable wagering requirements and expiry periods.

Online Bonus Terms

39. You will need to wager the total amount of these Les Ambassadeurs Online bonuses 6 times (6x) before you can withdraw your bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus. All LAO games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement.

40. Minimal risk wagering will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirements for LAO bonuses. This includes:

• Roulette bets where the total coverage of betting exceeds 67% of all betting options (for example, placing multiple bets across a large proportion of the table to reduce overall risk); and

• Baccarat bets where wagers are placed on both Player and Banker at the same time.

41. If you have not accepted your Online bonus within 7 days of issuance, your Online bonus will be forfeit.

42. The period for completing the bonus wagering requirements is 7 days from the date of acceptance.

43. If the wagering requirement has not been met within 7 days of acceptance, any funds held in the Bonus Balance and Bonus Pending Winnings Balance will be forfeit.

44.  If you lose your original bonus whilst betting and therefore cannot meet the wagering requirement, or if the Bonus Balance falls below £0.10, the bonus will be automatically removed and will show as ‘cancelled’ in your account.

45. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus in their account until wagering is complete.  If there are insufficient bonus funds to place a full qualifying bet, customers may choose to use funds from their cash balance to complete the bet.

46. When your Online prize, bonus or both, are active, the order in which funds are used is as follows: 1. Bonus Balance, 2. Bonus Pending Winnings Balance (if bonus winnings are available), 3. Real Ringfenced Casino Balance (if funds are available), and 4. Real Balance (Withdrawable).

Additional Terms

47. Physical presence on-site is required to spin the wheel for Daily Spins & Weekly Spins. Remote participation is not allowed.

48. Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to suspend or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary:

• to repair or maintain services:

• to update, upgrade or improve the services and promotion:

 • due to the occurrence of any circumstances beyond reasonable control, which includes, access issues, system failures and malfunctions: and

to ensure the fair and proper operation of the promotion, acting reasonably at all times and without prejudice to customers who have already qualified for rewards.

49. We may make minor amendments to this promotion to correct content or to improve clarity or customer experience.

50. In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, Les Ambassadeurs Online has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this offer. Les Ambassadeurs Online may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or complete further verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer’s identity prior to crediting any offer, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.

51. All customer offers are limited to one per person. If Les Ambassadeurs Online has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people, it reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.

52. Where any term of the offer is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Les Ambassadeurs Online may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such offer, void any wager funded through the offer and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, Les Ambassadeurs Online may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment, towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.

53. All complaints are handled in accordance with the “Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes” process and which includes an Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”). 54. Les Ambassadeurs Online may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.

55. Access to the promotion is conditional upon the successful completion of your Les Ambassadeurs Club registration and the continued active status of your membership. This includes the timely provision of any information we may reasonably request from time to time to ensure that the details we hold about you are accurate and up to date. Such information may include, but is not limited to, valid identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds or wealth documentation, where applicable. Failure to provide this information may result in the temporary suspension or withdrawal of your eligibility for the promotion.

56. In the event of ANY breach of the Membership Terms and Conditions and or these promotional terms, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to cancel further participation within any Promotion.

57. Les Ambassadeurs Membership Terms and Conditions and the Les Ambassadeurs Online Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) remain in full force for the duration of this promotion.

58. Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

59. Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online Promotions are limited time offerings and are subject to change.

60. Employees, Officers and Directors of Les Ambassadeurs Online, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.

61. Customers who are, or become, self-excluded from gambling with either Les Ambassadeurs Club or via the SENSE programme, during the promotion period, will not be eligible to participate in this promotion or receive any associated bonuses, prizes, or promotional benefits.

62. A self-exclusion registered through Les Ambassadeurs Online, or GAMSTOP, will prohibit the provision of any Online bonuses, prizes or awards. Following the end of a self-exclusion period, participation in this promotion will be subject to a customer interaction where appropriate, taking into account any recent and relevant interactions previously undertaken.

63. Customers reactivating their accounts following a period of self-exclusion will not be eligible for any retrospective promotional entitlements.
