Eligibility, Promotion Overview and Points Earning

1. This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully and fully registered as customers of Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”).
2. This promotion is only available to LAC members in good standing, defined as members holding a valid permanent membership (i.e., not a temporary membership) and who are not subject to any form of suspension at any time during the promotional period.
3. By participating in this promotion, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Participation in the Crash Splash offer is entirely optional, and customers are not required to increase their level of spend in order to take part.
5. Les Ambassadeurs management reserves the right to offer these promotions.
6. Participation is limited to one Crash Splash spin per eligible gaming day, per customer, subject to meeting the relevant qualifying criteria.
7. Access to the promotion is subject to your successful registration and the ongoing management of your LAC membership, and the timely submission of information that may be requested, by our team, from time to time. This is to ensure that the information that we hold is true and accurate in support of our commitment to safeguarding and better understanding your individual circumstances.
8. This offer is non-transferable and is available only to the registered account holder. Participation, points accrual and eligibility are linked to the individual customer’s account, and only that customer may qualify for and redeem rewards under this promotion.
9. The Crash Splash offer runs from 12:00 BST on 24^th August 2026 until 06:00 BST on 21^st September 2026 (“The Promotion Period”).
10. Prizes allocated for either LAC or Les Ambassadeurs Online (“LAO”) cannot be transferred between them and can only be used on their respective brand.
11.  A qualifying and active LAO account is required for ”Online” Prizes and bonuses.
12. All prizes received during this promotion will be split 50% for use at LAC and 50% for use at LAO.
13. Prizes for LAO will be credited to your Online account within 24 hrs.
14. Prizes for LAC will be awarded in Golden Chips.
15. Points can only be earned through eligible games at LAC.
16. Points for the Crash Splash spin are calculated each gaming day. The gaming day for LAC is from 12:00 until 06:00.
17. The rate at which points are earned varies by game type, as shown in the table below:

18. Subject to clause 19, to participate, customers must earn a minimum of 200 points within a single gaming day (as defined above) to unlock one Crash Splash spin. Non-gaming spend, including food, drink and gratuities, will not contribute to unlocking a Crash Splash spin.
19. Customers who have a current average daily visit of at least 2,500 points from gaming automatically qualify for a Crash Splash spin and are not required to earn an additional 200 points, in that same gaming day, to unlock their Crash Splash spin.
20. Customers may only enter the Crash Splash spin once per gaming day during the Promotion Period, irrespective of any additional spend above the 200-point minimum required.

Crash Splash Terms and Conditions

21. By spinning the Crash Splash Wheel, you will begin at the first level and will be in with a chance to land on a wheel segment awarding £100 with the other segments awarding No Win.
22. If a prize is won at any level, you will be presented with the option to either keep the prize or gamble the prize, by re-spinning the wheel at the next level, to potentially win a larger prize up to a maximum of £25,000 (level 4) as detailed in the table in clause 25 below.
23. Any prizes are automatically forfeit if the decision is made to gamble a prize to re-spin the wheel.
24. If at any stage the wheel lands on a ‘Crash Splash’ segment, no prize will be won and no prizes from earlier levels will be awarded.
25. Each spin or re-spin of the Crash Splash Wheel provides an opportunity to win the applicable prize at the level shown below.

26. Crash Splash wheel outcomes are determined by a randomised process with fixed probabilities and are not influenced by player behaviour.
27. Any Crash Splash spins that are not used, for any reason, will not be carried over and cannot be used at any other time.
28. Crash Splash spin must be used during the same gaming day on which it is unlocked. Unless a customer qualifies automatically under clause 19, the spin will only be unlocked once the customer has earned the requisite 200 points during that gaming day.

Bonus Terms

29. You will need to wager the total amount of these Les Ambassadeurs Online bonuses 6 times (6x) before you can withdraw your bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus. All LAO games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement.
30. Minimal risk wagering will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirements for LAO bonuses. This includes:

• Roulette bets where the total coverage of betting exceeds 67% of all betting options (for example, placing multiple bets across a large proportion of the table to reduce overall risk); and
• Baccarat bets where wagers are placed on both Player and Banker at the same time.

31. If you have not accepted your Online bonus within 90 days of issuance, your Online bonus will be forfeit.
32. The period for completing the bonus wagering requirements is 30 days from the date of acceptance.
33. If the wagering requirement has not been met within 30 days of acceptance, any funds held in the Bonus Balance and Bonus Pending Winnings Balance will be forfeit.
34. If you lose your original bonus whilst betting and therefore cannot meet the wagering requirement, or if the Bonus Balance falls below £0.10, the bonus will be automatically removed and will show as ‘cancelled’ in your account.
35. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus in their account until wagering is complete. If there are insufficient bonus funds to place a full qualifying bet, customers may choose to use funds from their cash balance to complete the bet.
36. When your Online prize, bonus or both, are active, the order in which funds are used is as follows: 1. Bonus Balance, 2. Bonus Pending Winnings Balance (if bonus winnings are available), 3. Real Ringfenced Casino Balance (if funds are available), and 4. Real Balance (Withdrawable).
37. All LAC prizes will be awarded in non-negotiable Golden Chips. To collect your prize, speak to your host who will arrange it for you.
38. Golden Chips remain in play until lost, at which point they are removed from play.
39. Golden Chips cannot be redeemed or exchanged for their cash equivalent.
40. Golden Chips can only be used on Live Table games at LAC.

 

General Terms

41. Physical presence on-site is required to Participate. Remote participation is not allowed.
42. Les Ambassadeurs Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons. Where reasonably practicable, notice of any such change will be provided. Any amendment, suspension or withdrawal will be made without prejudice to customers who qualified to participate in the promotion prior to the change taking effect.
43. This offer is available only to customers who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms. Les Ambassadeurs Club will maintain records of promotional eligibility and participation. In the event of any dispute, these records will be used as evidence, however this does not affect the customer’s right to raise a complaint in accordance with the Club’s complaints and dispute resolution procedures.
44. All complaints are handled in accordance with the “Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes” process and which includes access to Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”). 45. Where any term of the offer is breached, or where activity is reasonably considered to be abusive, fraudulent or intended to circumvent the intended operation of the promotion, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withdraw the offer, void any wagers funded by the offer and remove any associated winnings.
46. In the event of ANY breach of the Membership Terms and Conditions and or these promotional terms, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to cancel further participation within any Promotion.
47. Access to the promotion is conditional upon the successful completion of your Les Ambassadeurs Club registration and the continued active status of your membership. This includes the timely provision of any information we may reasonably request from time to time to ensure that the details we hold about you are accurate and up to date. Such information may include, but is not limited to, valid identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds or wealth documentation, where applicable. Failure to provide this information may result in the temporary suspension or withdrawal of your eligibility for the promotion.
48. Les Ambassadeurs may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.
49. Employees, Officers and Directors of Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to immediate family members of such persons.
50. Customers who are, or become, self-excluded from gambling with either Les Ambassadeurs Club or via the SENSE programme during the promotion period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion or receive any associated bonuses, prizes, or promotional benefits.
51. A self-exclusion registered through Les Ambassadeurs Online, or GAMSTOP, will prohibit the provision of any Online bonuses, prizes or awards. Following the end of a self-exclusion period, participation in this promotion will be subject to a customer interaction where appropriate, taking into account any recent and relevant interactions previously undertaken.
