Eligibility and General Terms
1. This Promotion is open to new customers aged 18 years and over who successfully complete registration as a customer of Les Ambassadeurs Club (LAC).
2. New customers must not have previously held either full, temporary or honorary memberships to be eligible.
3. To be eligible for this offer you must present and surrender your promotion card, and proof of stay at our partner hotel, on arrival at Les Ambassadeurs Club.
4. Membership and registration will be subject to successful occupation verification, provision of identity documentation and ongoing checks. Membership is offered at the discretion on Les Ambassadeurs management.
5. Your free membership will automatically end 7 days after the date of your qualifying deposit. If after 7 days you would like to apply for full membership, please speak to a member of staff
6. Les Ambassadeurs management reserves the right to offer this promotion, which is limited to a single entry per customer.
7. The Promotion runs until 23:59 GMT on 31st December 2027 (the promotion period).
8. Your first-time chip buy-in (minimum £10) will qualify for a 100% matched bonus, up to a maximum of £250, in non-negotiable Golden Chips. This is your ‘qualifying deposit’
9. Your Qualifying Deposit cannot be accumulated across multiple buy-ins
10. Your qualifying deposit must be made at the Cashdesk.
11. Once the value of your qualifying deposit has been staked at least one time (1x) on any table games, speak to a member of staff to redeem your offer.
12. Golden Chips:
- Must be played until lost.
- Must be played or returned on the day that they are received.
- Are non-transferrable.
- May not be retained for use at a later date.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent services or goods
13. This welcome offer cannot be transferred to another person and is solely for the use of the individual to whom this communication is directed.
14. Golden Chips can be used on all table games at Les Ambassadeurs Club. Please note that additional games may be added when they become available. Golden Chips cannot be used on slots or electronic roulette terminals
15. Les Ambassadeurs Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary or otherwise justified by operational, commercial, technical or regulatory reasons. Where reasonably practicable, notice of any such change will be provided. Any amendment will be made without prejudice to participants who have already qualified for the promotion prior to the change taking effect.
16. This offer is only available to eligible customers. Les Ambassadeurs Club maintains a record of customer`s contacted in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.
17. In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, Les Ambassadeurs Club has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this offer. Les Ambassadeurs Club may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or complete further verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer’s identity prior to crediting any offer, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.
18. If Les Ambassadeurs Club has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people, it reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.
19. Where any term of the offer is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Les Ambassadeurs Club may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such offer, void any wager funded through the offer and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, Les Ambassadeurs Club may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment, towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.
20. All complaints are handled in accordance with the “Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes” process and which includes an Alternative Dispute Resolution Process (“ADP”). 21. Les Ambassadeurs Club may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.
22. Access to the promotion is conditional upon the successful completion of your Les Ambassadeurs Club registration and the continued active status of your membership. This includes the timely provision of any information we may reasonably request from time to time to ensure that the details we hold about you are accurate and up to date. Such information may include, but is not limited to, valid identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds or wealth documentation, where applicable. Failure to provide this information may result in the temporary suspension or withdrawal of your eligibility for the promotion.

24. Les Ambassadeurs membership terms and conditions remain in full force for the duration of this promotion.
25. Employees, Officers and Directors of Les Ambassadeurs Online, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
