Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully and fully registered as customers of Les Ambassadeurs Club (LAC). Participation in this promotion is by invitation only and is limited to customers specifically selected by Les Ambassadeurs. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee that an invitation will be issued.
2. This promotion is only available to LAC members in good standing, defined as members holding a valid permanent membership (i.e., not a temporary membership) and who are not subject to any form of suspension at any time during the promotional period.
3. Access to the promotion is subject to your successful registration and the ongoing management of your LAC membership, and the timely submission of information that may be requested, by our team, from time to time. This is to ensure that the information that we hold is true and accurate in support of our commitment to safeguarding and better understanding your individual circumstances.
4. Les Ambassadeurs management reserves the right to offer this promotion, which is limited to a single entry per customer.
5. This promotion runs from 20:00 BST on the 26^th of August 2026 until 01:00 BST on the 27^th of August 2026 (the promotion period)
6. By participating in this promotion, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
7. This promotion is free to enter.
8. The first, second and third-place winners will be announced, in the Les Ambassadeurs Club, no later than 02:00 BST on the 27^th of August 2026.
9. This offer cannot be transferred to another person and is solely for the use of the individual to whom this communication is directed.
10. You must be in the club, and registered for the tournament, by 20:00 BST on the 26^th of August 2026 to enter.

 

Tournament Structure

11. Before play commences, all players will be randomly assigned a number to determine the order of play and their seating position at the table.
12. The Tournament consists of three stages, a maximum of 4 x primary rounds, 2 x semi-finals and a final.
13. Each round will begin with six free hands, followed by ten tournament hands. The final two of the ten tournament hands will be Blind Bet hands.
14. After the initial 6 free hands, additional free hands are not permitted. During the tournament there will be no side bets.
15. At the start of each round, every participant will receive 10,000 tournament chips. Tournament chips have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed. The minimum bet is 100 tournament chips. There is no maximum bet, except on Tie, for which the maximum bet is 1,000 tournament chips
16. Banker bets are paid at evens (1:1) during the tournament.
17. All bets must be placed before any cards are drawn.
18. Bets placed during Blind Bet hands are final and cannot be changed or withdrawn.
19. Before each primary round and semi-final begins, the number of qualifying places will be confirmed based on the seats available in the next stage. Participants will be ranked according to their tournament-chip balances after all hands have been played. The participants with the highest balances will fill the available qualifying places. In the final, balances will determine first, second and third place.
20. In the instance where a tie prevents a clear winner, or qualifying participant, Blind Bet hands will be played until a winner can be determined.

 

Prizes

21. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be in with a chance of winning a prize from the list below:

1^st Prize:  £10,000 split £5,000 for use in Les Ambassadeurs Club issued as Golden Chips and £5,000 for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online as bonus funds (subject to 6x wagering and standard bonus terms).

2^nd Prize: £6,000 which will be awarded as £3,000 for use in Les Ambassadeurs Club as Golden Chips and £3,000 for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online as bonus funds (subject to 6x wagering and standard bonus terms).

3^rd Prize:  £4,000 split £2,000 for use in Les Ambassadeurs Club issued as Golden Chips and £2,000 for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online as bonus funds (subject to 6x wagering and standard bonus terms).

22. LAC prizes will be awarded in Golden Chips.
23. Golden Chips remain in play until lost, at which point they are removed from play.
24. Golden Chips cannot be redeemed or exchanged for their cash equivalent.
25. Golden Chips can only be used on Live Table games at LAC.
26. Prizes allocated for either LAC or LAO cannot be transferred between them and can only be used on their respective brand.
27. A qualifying and active Les Ambassadeurs Online account is required for ”Online” Prizes and bonuses.
28. Prizes and bonuses for Les Ambassadeurs Online will be credited to your online account within 24 hrs
29. You will need to wager the total amount of these Les Ambassadeurs Online bonuses 6 times (6x) before you can withdraw your bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus. All LAO games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement.
30. Minimal risk wagering will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirements for LAO bonuses. This includes:

• Roulette bets where the total coverage of betting exceeds 67% of all betting options (for example, placing multiple bets across a large proportion of the table to reduce overall risk); and
• Baccarat bets where wagers are placed on both Player and Banker at the same time.

31. When your online prize, bonus or both, are active, the order in which funds are used is as follows: 1. Bonus Balance, 2. Bonus Pending Winnings Balance (if bonus winnings are available), 3. Real Ringfenced Casino Balance (if funds are available), and 4. Real Balance (Withdrawable).
32. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus in their account until wagering is complete. If there are not enough bonus funds to place the final full bet, but some bonus remains, non-bonus account funds will be used to complete the bet.
33. If you have not accepted your Online bonus within 7 days of issuance, your Online bonus will be forfeit.
34. The period for completing the bonus wagering requirements is 7 days from the date of acceptance.
35. If the wagering requirement has not been met within 7 days of acceptance, any funds held in the Bonus Balance and Bonus Pending Winnings Balance will be forfeit.
36. If you lose your original bonus whilst betting and therefore cannot meet the wagering requirement, or if the Bonus Balance falls below £0.10, the bonus will be automatically removed and will show as ‘cancelled’ in your account.

 

General Terms

37. Physical presence on-site is required to Participate. Remote participation is not allowed.
38. Les Ambassadeurs Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons. Where reasonably practicable, notice of any such change will be provided. Any amendment, suspension or withdrawal will be made without prejudice to participants who registered for the tournament prior to the change taking effect.
39. This offer is available only to customers who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms. Les Ambassadeurs Club will maintain records of promotional eligibility and participation. In the event of any dispute, these records will be used as evidence, however this does not affect the customer’s right to raise a complaint in accordance with the Club’s complaints and dispute resolution procedures.
40. All complaints are handled in accordance with the “Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes” process and which includes access to Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”). 41. Where any term of the offer is breached, or where activity is reasonably considered to be abusive, fraudulent or intended to circumvent the intended operation of the promotion, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withdraw the offer, void any wagers funded by the offer and remove any associated winnings.
42. In the event of ANY breach of the Membership Terms and Conditions and or these promotional terms, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to cancel further participation within any Promotion.
43. Access to the promotion is conditional upon the successful completion of your Les Ambassadeurs Club registration and the continued active status of your membership. This includes the timely provision of any information we may reasonably request from time to time to ensure that the details we hold about you are accurate and up to date. Such information may include, but is not limited to, valid identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds or wealth documentation, where applicable. Failure to provide this information may result in the temporary suspension or withdrawal of your eligibility for the promotion.
44. Les Ambassadeurs may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.
45. Employees, Officers and Directors of Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to immediate family members of such persons.
46. Customers who are, or become, self-excluded from gambling with either Les Ambassadeurs Club or via the SENSE programme during the promotion period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion or receive any associated bonuses, prizes, or promotional benefits.
47. A self-exclusion registered through Les Ambassadeurs Online, or GAMSTOP, will prohibit the provision of any Online bonuses, prizes or awards, and will require a full interaction before participation in any part of this promotion is permitted.
