Eligibility
1. This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully and fully registered as customers of Les Ambassadeurs Club (LAC).
2. Les Ambassadeurs management reserves the right to offer this promotion, which is limited to a single entry per customer.
3. This Roulette Tournament (The Promotion) runs from 20:00 GMT until 23:00 GMT, or until all participants have completed their spins, whichever comes first on the 29th April 2026 (the promotion period).
4. You must have registered for this tournament by 21:00 on the 29th April 2026
5. This promotion is free to enter.
6. This promotion is only available to Les Ambassadeurs Club (“LAC”) members in good standing, defined as members holding a valid permanent membership (i.e., not a temporary membership) and who are not subject to any form of suspension at any time during the promotional period.
7. Access to the promotion is subject to your successful registration and the ongoing management of your LAC membership, and the timely submittal of information that may be requested, by our team, from time to time. This is to ensure that the information that we hold is true and accurate in support of our commitment to safeguarding and better understanding your individual circumstances.
8. Entry to the tournament is strictly by invitation only.
9. This promotion cannot be transferred to another person and is solely for the use of the individual to whom this communication is directed.
Prizes
10. Prizes allocated for either LAC or LAO cannot be transferred between them and can only be used on their respective brand.
11. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be in with a chance of winning a prize from the list below:
1st Prize: £10,000 split £5,000 for use in Les Ambassadeurs Club issued as Golden Chips and £5,000 for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online as bonus funds (subject to 6x wagering and standard bonus terms).
2nd Prize: £5,000 which will be awarded as £2,500 for use in Les Ambassadeurs Club as Golden Chips and £2,500 for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online as bonus funds (subject to 6x wagering and standard bonus terms).
3rd Prize: £2,000 split £1,000 for use in Les Ambassadeurs Club issued as Golden Chips and £1,000 for use at Les Ambassadeurs Online as bonus funds (subject to 6x wagering and standard bonus terms).
12. All LAC prizes will be awarded in non-negotiable chips. To collect your prize, speak to your host who will arrange it for you.
13. A qualifying and active Les Ambassadeurs Online account is required for ”Online” Prizes and bonuses.
14. Prizes and bonuses for Les Ambassadeurs Online will be credited to your online account within 24 hrs
15. You will need to wager the total amount of these Les Ambassadeurs Online bonuses 6 times (6x) before you can withdraw your bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus. All LAO games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement.
16. Minimal risk wagering on Roulette (which is defined as placing bets in such a way whereby the coverage of betting exceeds 67% of all betting options), and Baccarat (which is defined as placing bets on both Player and Banker at the same time), will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirements.
17. When your online prize, bonus or both, are active, the order in which funds are used is as follows: 1. Bonus Balance, 2. Bonus Pending Winnings Balance (if bonus winnings are available), 3. Real Ringfenced Casino Balance (if funds are available), and 4. Real Balance (Withdrawable).
18. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus in their account until wagering is complete. If there are not enough bonus funds to place the final full bet, but some bonus remains, non-bonus account funds will be used to complete the bet.
19. If you have not accepted your prize and/or bonus within 90 days of your prize and/or bonus being issued, then either, or both, will be forfeit.
20. If the wagering requirement has not been met within 30 days of your prize and/or bonus being accepted, any funds held in the Bonus Fund Balance and any Pending Bonus Winnings will be removed.
21. If you lose your original bonus whilst betting and therefore cannot meet the wagering requirement, or if the Bonus Balance falls below £0.10, the bonus will be automatically removed and will show as ‘cancelled’ in your account.
Tournament Structure
22. The Tournament consists of 3 rounds, a primary round, a semi-final and a final.
23. Each round, every participant will start with a maximum of 5 spins.
24. The round ends when you have used all 5 spins, or your chip balance reaches zero, whichever is soonest.
25. After the 5 spins have been completed, no additional bets are permitted.
26. Each round, every participant starts with £10,000 in chips. The minimum bet is £1,000.00 or the totality of chips if your balance is less than £1,000. There is no maximum limit.
27. Any promotional credit provided for use in these promotions cannot be redeemed, transferred or exchanged for any goods or services and have zero monetary value.
28. From the qualifying round the top 10 players will be entered into the semi-final. The top 4 players from the semi-final will proceed to the final.
29. After each round of the promotion the leaderboard will be reset, and round winners will enter the next round of the promotion with their balance reset to £10,000.00
30. Outside bets or spread bets are not permitted at any stage during the tournament.
31. Call bets must be made before each spin
32. The winner of each round will be determined by the participants balances after all spins have been played.
33. The final spin in the final round will be played on a private table to ensure fairness to all players in the final.
34. In the event that multiple participants finish a round with zero chips, the participant that reached zero earliest in the round will be placed lower on the leaderboard.
35. In the instance where a tie prevents a clear winner, or qualifying participant the highest single win will be used to determine the ultimate winner.
36. At the end of each round the tournament chips must be returned to The Company.
37. Tournament chips have zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services
38. LAC prizes will be awarded in non-negotiable Golden Chips and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or any other services.
General Terms
39. Les Ambassadeurs membership Terms & Conditions (the “Club Rules”) and the Les Ambassadeurs Online Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) remain in full force.
40. Les Ambassadeurs Club and Online Promotions are limited time offerings and are subject to change.
41. In the event of ANY breach of the Club Rules and or these promotional terms, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserve the right to cancel further participation within any Promotion.
42. Les Ambassadeurs Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary or otherwise justified by operational, commercial, technical or regulatory reasons. Where reasonably practicable, notice of any such change will be provided. Any amendment will be made without prejudice to participants who have already qualified for the promotion prior to the change taking effect.
43. This offer is available only to customers who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms. Les Ambassadeurs Club will maintain records of promotional eligibility and participation. In the event of any dispute, these records will be used as evidence, however this does not affect the customer’s right to raise a complaint in accordance with the Club’s complaints and dispute resolution procedures.
44. All complaints are handled in accordance with the “Les A Complaints and Gaming Disputes” process and which includes an Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) process. 45. Where any term of the offer is breached, or where activity is reasonably considered to be abusive, fraudulent or intended to circumvent the intended operation of the promotion, Les Ambassadeurs Club reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withdraw the offer, void any wagers funded by the offer and remove any associated winnings.
46. Les Ambassadeurs may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.
47. Les Ambassadeurs may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
48. Employees, Officers and Directors of Les Ambassadeurs Club and Les Ambassadeurs Online, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
49. Customers who are, or become, self-excluded from gambling with either Les Ambassadeurs Club or via the SENSE programme during the promotion period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion or receive any associated bonuses, prizes, or promotional benefits.
50. A self-exclusion registered through Les Ambassadeurs Online, or GAMSTOP, will prohibit the provision of any Online bonuses, prizes or awards, and will require a full interaction before participation in any part of this promotion is permitted.
